Happy New Year

Happy New Year. It is hard to believe that it is already 2012. I already told you that I have joined a Christmas Card Challenge each month till October. Well, I have also joined an All Occasion card challenge. With this one, I am to make 8 cards a month, Birthday, Thank You, or any other cards that I might just need. It is only January 2 and I am already behind. Yesterday was my mother's birthday and today is my niece's. So that is two cards that I am already behind on. OH NO.... So I really need this challenge. There are so many more birthdays just in this month.
Ok so now on to my first card of the month. I decided to use up some of my old goodies. I am the type that buys all the fun goodies but never uses them. So for this one I am using some fun color buttons. What I love about Stampin Up buttons is that they match the card stock. Love IT.  I also have some stamp sets that have not seen ink in a long time. So I am hoping that I can get some use out of a lot of my stuff. Ok so enough about the card... take a look.
Card Stock: Kraft, Pear Pizzazz, Night of Navy, and Rose Red. (the base is just white card stock I had laying around)
Ink: Kraft classic ink
Stamp set: Heard from the Heart
Accessories: Big Designer Buttons Springtime Vintage (retired)
