Im Back...

WOW!!! It has been a long time since I was last on here. That is the life of two busy children. My daughter more than my son. I just need to make that commitment to get on here if not every day than every other day.

Today is a special day and a great day to start this off again. Today is Ally's (my daughter) 11 birthday. It is so hard to believe that she is 11. They do grow up so fast. She was my tiny little 5 lb 11 oz  18 inches bundle of joy. Now she has grown into a beautiful young lady. I love watching her grow and experience things for the first time. She was always the shy one but now she is adventuring out into so many different things. She is in her school chorus and has sung a few solos at the concerts, she is in drama and will be performing sometime this spring, she just made the school track team, she is on the Academic Math team as well. She has played soccer for 6 years now. (she gets her sports side from her dad ) plus lets not forget Girl Scouts. She does that with me. I know, I know. I am bragging just a bit. It is also sad to see her grow up. I still want my little toddler running around the house wanting her mommy to hold her. So, today I want to wish my little girl Ally a big Happy Birthday from her mom.
I will post some pictures of some cards that I have recently made and more info on what I have been doing.

Halloween is coming...

Well, according to my kids it is coming and they have to start planning. They have already started talking about what they want to dress up as. I have a Star Wars fan who can not decide on which character he wants to be. My daughter on the other hand can not decide if she wants to dress up at all. She is 10 and is thinking about just staying home and handing out candy.
Well, with all of the Halloween talk and my new stamp sets sitting on my desk that I just got; the Greeting Card Kids was sitting on top. This set is just way too cute. I love the little kids and what you can do with them. I saw the little girl sitting on top of the pumpkin in a witch's outfit and I too got into the Halloween spirit. So, I pulled out my new toys and some old toys as well and started playing. This is what I came up with. A list of supplies is listed below. Thanks for taking a look and I hope that you enjoy your Labor Day Monday.
