There are some holiday items on there as well, so you will want to check it out before they are all gone. The holidays will be here before you know it so NOW is the time to start planning. 

Speaking of planning ahead.. Now is the time to start on your Holiday Cards. My first year at making my own Christmas cards, I made that huge mistake by waiting till the end of November to start. MAN O' MAN... I told myself that I would never wait that late again. I now start in July with my cards. I do 10 a month as this is not oh so overwhelming. If you would like to join a class just check my calendar. I have at least one class a month at a local coffee shop in my area. PERFECT place to stamp in my opinion. Coffee in one hand and stamps in the other sitting at the table with friends. 

If you are thinking that it is still too early for Christmas cards, then don't worry. I also have other classes too.

Last Vaca of the Summer

WOW. 

It is hard to believe that summer here is coming to an end and school is starting. TOMORROW in fact. So this past week we have been busy getting things in and getting ready for school. 

The kids have been busy with their own activities but we had not taken a trip as a family yet. But we were able to get away for a long weekend in the end. We spent it relaxing at the beach. No crazy schedules, just doing what we want to do at that moment. 

This was our view from our hotel room. The sound of the waves was so relaxing.

Talking about doing what we want when we want.. Nothing is better than walking to Dunkin' Donuts at 9:00 at night for that bedtime snack.

When the kids were not in the ocean playing- they were in the pool. 

Now it is just about time to get back into the real world of school and after school activities. Soccer and scouts are starting back for both of the kids. That means that mom and day will be busy as well. And that means that I will be getting back to working on this site and stamping on a regular basis.
