This is some of the goodies that we sold this year at our first craft fair. Stacey and I had a blast doing this and will defiantly go again next year. We had cards, reindeer food, stamped candles, post it notebooks, gift boxes, and coasters. We do have some left over so if you see anything and would like a custom order for Christmas; just call or email.

Hello

Hello all,
I know it has been a while since my last post. Things here have been so crazy. Two very active children will do that. :)
But I just wanted to write and say that I have not forgotten everybody. We are leaving for a family vacation this weekend. (well deserved and long overdue). I will get back on track next week.
Stacey and I are doing our first craft fair ever. I can not speak for her but I am a little nervous about how it will go. It will be a learning experience to see what sells and what doesn't.
I will post pics of it next weekend.
Have a good weekend everyone and I will post again on Tuesday.

Happy Stamping.

Kind Baroque Motifs.

I am doing yet another challenge from Kerin at Stamps, Paper, Glitter for SPGSC28. I won last week and I was sooo excited. For this one I have used the stamp set Baroque Motifs. I really like this set. I use More Mustard CS as a base with Rose Red, Night of Navy, and Old Olive. I played with my crimper on the Night of Navy strip to give it texture. The flowers have a dot of glitter in the middle. (not sure if you can see that from the pic). This is Kerin's last challenge for a while. I am going to miss them. I have really enjoyed doing the challenges as it gets me thinking and creating. Thanks Kerin so much.
I hope you enjoy this card. I will be creating more this week. I really like this layout.

Congrats Star

Today was a long day with rain pretty much all day. So what is a girl to do when it is raining outside but stamp. I did another card for Kerin's sketch challenge #27. For this card I used the star from the set Fun and Fast notes. I used a cracked glass technique on the star. Not sure if you can see it or not in the pic. I embossed the image about 3 times and then put it in the freezer for about 1 minute. Took it out and "cracked" the paper. I love this look.
Kerin's challenges will give you a sketch to go by and you have to come up with the paper and images. This has really gotten my creative juices flowing. I thank you so much Kerin.
Thank you for letting me share this with you.

Another Challenge from Kerin

Hello All.
Well I am doing another challenge from Kerin over at Stamps, Paper, Glitter! I have really gotten into the challenges. I think it has helped my creativity grow. For this one I have used one of my favorite new sets; Animal Stories. I love the little animals. I have Old Olive cs as a base layered with Close to Cocoa, So Saffron and Rose Red. Tall Tales dsp was used at the bottom. I embossed the So Saffron with swirls. The elephant is embossed to make him shiny. Thank you Kerin for making me think this morning. I think that I may do another one as well.

WOW the Waterfalls.

Today was a great day. Kids went to Grandma's and Grandpa's for the day with the hubby. I had a stamp club with Stacey. It was a wonderful relaxing time. We did 3 wonderful projects. I will post pics of those later. So, since the kids were all gone for the entire day, I stayed at Stacey's and guess what we did.. WE STAMPED. What else. So after a wonderful dinner (thanks Stacey) we sat down and made these amazing waterfall cards. We did the Serene Snowflakes last night from the new Holiday Mini. We also used the new Shimmer Paint on the flakes. Well, I fell in LOVE. I got up this morning and made another waterfall with my Animal Stories using the Tall Tale DSP. Lovin it is all I can say. I will be making more of these especially the snowflakes for Christmas.
Thanks so much for letting me share these with you.

My 9 year old stamper- Future Stampin' Up! Demo

Hello all. My daughter Ally wanted me to post two of her cards that she made using her Simply Sent Card Elements; Rock Star # 112021 and Starring You stamp set # 111696. This set is her first very own Stampin' Up! merchandise. She picked it out for her Birthday. I think she did a great job. She followed the directions that came with the set on how to make the cards. She did this all by herself. She has gone through my catty and has marked all the sets that she wants for herself. Thanks for letting me share her cards with you.

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July everyone. I hope that all are enjoying this day with family and friends. I have been hanging out at the house this afternoon with my family and stamping of course. My son Andrew was invited to a Birthday party this Monday night and he needed a Birthday card. So, I got to work. I used one of the new sets from the new catty that just came out. Lots of Bots, I love the little robots. There are three robots, a Birthday one, Get well, and Im sorry. These little guys are just way to cool. I used Very vanilla cs for the base of the card. Kraft, black, and whisper white for layers with Basic gray classic ink.

I also worked on a card for stamp club next Saturday. We do three cards once a month. This month I have designed a card using one of my favorite stamp sets. Upsy Daisy. I love this set. I have used the new incolors as well on this one. Crushed Curry is the base with Dusty Durango, Soft Suede, and Whisper White as layers. The image is stamped in Crushed Curry.

Well, off to spend more time with the family. We are heading to St. Augustine in a little while for the fireworks tonight.

New Year for me

Hello all,
This is going to be the beginning of my new year. I am going to get my Stamping business off the ground. For those who do not know me, I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I teach classes, hold monthly clubs, make cards for special occasions, and favor boxes for weddings, parties, or what ever the need may be. I will also do Birthday parties for boys and girls. We have some amazing stamps that even the kids will love. I will be posting cards here that you can order as well as card kits that you can put together yourself. I will offer two different kinds of kits, one where you will receive everything that you need to put the card together. The image will be stamped and you will receive all the necessary accessories to put the card together yourself. The second option will be the paper and accessories all cut for you to the appropriate size and you order the stamp set and ink through me. I look forward to doing business with all of you in the future.
If you would like to get together with some of your friends and have fun stamping we can hold a workshop where as hostess you have the opportunity to earn free stamp sets and other goodies. Please contact me if you are interested in hosting workshops.

Cards that I made this week. The first one is Close As a Memory with Best Yet. The paper is SAB DP. Stampin Markers were used. The second one is Upsy Daisy. I stamped the image with white craft ink and then with the Night of Navy. It does look 3D. This one is not a finished card. I left space to stamp a greeting depending on how I want to use the card. The last one is a jump on Mother's Day cards. I made 6 of these using Blooming with Love. This set was done using watercoloring.
Thanks for looking.

Ally and her stamping birthday party. The girls really enjoyed themselves stamping and creating wonderful cards.

Post it note holder that I did for my daughter's Birthday party. She had a Stamping Workshop for her party. They made book markers, this acrylic post it note holder with matching pen, and two cards. They had a blast.
